Returns and Exchanges

Please note that for orders returned in full over $100, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Refunds

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for exchange only. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We welcome exchanges! Please get in touch with us within 31 days of the delivery date to initiate the exchange process.
Gifts
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
